特点Features：
1、电气控制: 主电箱采用10寸彩色触摸屏，混合头加装7寸彩色触摸屏，西门子PLC模块控制温度、压力及浇注流量，存储50个配方，自动化程度非常高。
2、双恒温控制:采用双冷热一体机，配合冷热交换器，互动循环，确保原料温度恒定，误差＜±2℃ ，提高制品发泡质量。
3、计量准确：采用高精度的聚氨酯专用泵，保证计量精度≤1%，计量泵连接磁性联轴器，永不泄露。
4、混合装置：采用L型高压自清洁混合头，喷嘴孔径可调，高压形成雾状，混合均匀。
1. Electrical control: The main electric box adopts a 10-inch color touch screen, and the mixing head is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen. The Siemens PLC module controls temperature, pressure and pouring flow, and stores 50 recipes with a very high degree of automation.
2. Dual constant temperature control: Double cooling and heating integrated machine, with cold heat exchanger, interactive circulation, to ensure constant temperature of raw materials, error <±2℃, and improve the foaming quality of products.
3. Accurate measurement: The high-precision polyurethane special pump is used to ensure that the measurement accuracy is ≤1%. The metering pump is connected to the magnetic coupling and never leaks.
4. Mixing device: L-type high-pressure self-cleaning mixing head is adopted, the nozzle diameter is adjustable, the high-pressure forms a mist, and the mixing is uniform.
